Houston, we have a problem

This is more about my life and stupid-ass bureaucracy, but it does touch a little on technology and emerging trends (and how they are ignored at peril).

For emerging tech, I wonder if something like the Q Bag Tag or British Airways’ new tag would help?

I solve problems for some large federal agencies. Sometimes I do that by connecting people and sometimes by teaching people how to be innovators. Sometimes I do it while pounding my head on my desk.
